Fresh products that are sustainably-sourced and wild-caught are also very important to us. We require our vendors to have specific certifications before we will purchase their products.

We are continuously growing, but we don’t want to forget our roots, which means we are looking to supply corporate-level stores while maintaining our current relationships with local businesses.

In addition to receiving multiple deliveries weekly of fresh and frozen seafood to ensure the highest possible product quality, we require our vendors to meet high sustainability standards and carry low moisture seafood.

We have fresh beef brought in at least 3 times per week to give you the longest possible shelf life on the market.

WE REQUIRE OUR PRODUCT TO BE FRESH AND SAFE

Before we decide to work with our vendors, we make sure they operate under specific certifications. We ensure that all of our seafood vendors are HACCP certified. When we purchase beef and pork we ensure that all our meat has been inspected by the USDA.

We are ourselves an HACCP certified company, meaning that we follow
a strict process of food handling. This process starts from making sure the temperatures of our cooler and freezer meet the standards
outlined for food safety. We also test the temperature on all inbound deliveries to ensure safe food temperatures are being met before the product has arrived at our facilities. We also have ongoing training sessions for our employees to continue the process of properly
handling our meat and seafood.
